Pharmacovigilance

Egypt's Minister of Health and Population, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, met on Saturday with World Health Organization representatives to discuss strengthening pharmacovigilance systems and ensuring drug and vaccine safety. The meeting focused on exchanging international expertise and reviewing the WHO's Global Smart Pharmacovigilance Strategy. Egypt has been invited to host a regional meeting in Cairo.
