One year before the 2027 presidential election, Horizons' youth wing launches a communication drive at the end of April to woo 18-24 year olds, where their candidate Édouard Philippe polls at just 7-13%. They urge Philippe to invest in TikTok and claim 6500 members across 75 universities. President Marine Cazard aims to be present in campuses, bars, beaches, and festivals.
