3,611 nurses pass February 2026 licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the results of the February 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination, with 3,611 out of 8,162 examinees passing. The exam was administered by the Board of Nursing at 21 testing centers nationwide. The results for four examinees remain withheld pending a final determination of their liabilities under the rules governing licensure examinations.

The Board of Nursing consists of Chairperson Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, along with Members Hon. Elsie A. Tee, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Hon. Mila Delia M. Llanes, Hon. Merle L. Salvani, and Hon. Josefina A. Tuazon.

Starting April 13, 2026, registration for the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online via www.prc.gov.ph. Registrants must bring a downloaded Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission for identification purposes, two passport-sized colored photos with white background and complete name tag, two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope. Successful examinees are required to register in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony for the new licensees will be announced later. The PRC also highlighted top-performing schools pursuant to Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024, including those with 100 or more examinees achieving at least an 85% passing percentage, and those with 50 to 99 examinees meeting the same rate. The top 10 performers were listed, with full results available through the PRC's provided link.
