Chloé hosts post-show dinner after fall 2026 runway

Following the Chloé Fall 2026 runway show at Paris Fashion Week, creative director Chemena Kamali gathered celebrities and models for an intimate dinner at Le Grand Café. The event emphasized community and connection, themes central to the folk-inspired collection presented at Maison de l’UNESCO. Guests including Brooke Shields, Alexa Chung, and Aimee Lou Wood celebrated the designs in a relaxed atmosphere.

Chemena Kamali, Chloé’s creative director since 2023, presented her Fall 2026 collection on Thursday morning at Maison de l’UNESCO in Paris. The venue, a United Nations headquarters, underscored the show’s focus on dialogue and collaboration. According to the house’s press notes, the folk-inspired collection reflected “fashion not as escape, but as connection.”

At 8 p.m., guests convened at Le Grand Café inside the Grand Palais for the post-show dinner. The ornate restaurant, designed by architect Joseph Dirand—who also created Chloé’s Parisian flagship—provided an enchanting Belle Époque setting with art, sculptures, and pillars. Kamali told Vogue, “What I like about these dinners is having a moment to really connect with everyone in an intimate environment, where everyone can just let go and let everything sink in.” She added, “As community spirit was an important foundation of the show and the collection, it felt extra special to be together.”

Attendees included Brooke Shields, Alexa Chung—who walked in the Fall 2025 show—Aimee Lou Wood, Maude Apatow, Oprah, models Jessica Miller and Julia Stegner, Anna Tanaka, Neneh Cherry and her daughter Mabel, and Dree Hemingway. Olivia Rodrigo attended the runway in a lace-trimmed slip dress from Chloé, paired with cream peep-toe pumps and a python Paddington bag. Models Miller and Stegner swapped prairie-esque runway looks for sleeveless lace dresses. Stegner praised, “Chemena makes women feel beautiful, strong, and, at the same time, soft. And she can put all of that in one show and one collection.” Miller noted, “Being a part of this is really special. There’s a lot of love there, a lot of passion, and a lot of empathy—I wish all models could get to feel that.”

Neneh Cherry, whose 1996 song “Woman” featured in the soundtrack, attended with Mabel. Cherry said, “Woman brought out in the context that it was today; it was just such a treat.” Mabel described the show as powerful, adding, “The combination of her designs and the music always make me feel something, and today, it was particularly good.” Tanaka remarked, “I felt the vibe of the show was different from the previous ones. It was really beautiful.” Hemingway called the collection “a Chloé that we love but have also never seen before,” evoking familiarity and mystery. Pat Cleveland deemed the day a “fairy tale” and the venue enchanting.

The family-style meal extended past midnight, with guests dancing to a live band and sharing hugs. Kamali reflected, “What I love seeing Chloé on all the different guests, and how everyone makes Chloé their own. Tonight feels like you’re going to a friend’s dinner. This is what matters most to me: Nothing is forced.”
