CM Punk appears in UFC Rivals promo video

WWE star CM Punk featured in a social media advertisement for the upcoming A&E documentary series UFC Rivals. The appearance comes ahead of the show's premiere this Sunday.

On Wednesday, Punk appeared in a promotional video for UFC Rivals, which will chronicle notable rivalries in mixed martial arts. The series follows a format similar to WWE Rivals.

In the ad, Punk asked fans, "What was the most shocking moment you've seen in a UFC rivalry? Tell us below." He is scheduled to appear in the first two episodes covering Chuck Liddell versus Tito Ortiz and Georges St-Pierre versus Matt Serra.

Punk competed in the UFC from 2016 to 2018 after leaving WWE in 2014. His two fights ended in a submission loss to Mickey Gall at UFC 203 and a no contest against Mike Jackson at UFC 225.
