Connor Storrie in talks for A24 comedy Peaked

Connor Storrie, known for his role in the breakout series Heated Rivalry, is in talks to join the cast of A24's upcoming comedy Peaked. The film, directed by Molly Gordon, follows two high school girls attempting to relive their glory days at a 10-year reunion. Production is set to begin this month.

Connor Storrie is in early discussions to take on an undisclosed role in Peaked, a high school reunion comedy from A24. The project reunites Storrie, a rising star from the Crave and HBO Max series Heated Rivalry, with the independent studio's ensemble-driven film slate.

Peaked centers on two girls who traumatized others in high school as they attempt to recapture their past triumphs during their 10-year reunion. Molly Gordon is directing the film, which she co-wrote with Allie Levitan. Gordon and Levitan will also star alongside Emma Mackey. The cast already features Laura Dern, Simone Ashley, Levon Hawke, Mitra Jouhari, and Gabby Windey. A24 is financing the production, with David Hinojosa, Zach Nutman, and Gordon producing, and Levitan serving as executive producer. Filming is scheduled to start this month.

Storrie's involvement comes on the heels of his prominent role in Heated Rivalry, an adaptation of Rachel Reid's novels. The series follows two NHL superstars—Canadian Shane Hollander, played by Hudson Williams, and Russian Ilya Rozanov, played by Storrie—who develop a secret enemies-with-benefits relationship that evolves into romance. Created, written, and directed by Jacob Tierney, the show averaged over 10.6 million U.S. viewers on HBO Max in its first season after debuting on Crave in November 2025. It has been renewed for a second season.

Before Heated Rivalry, Storrie appeared in smaller parts in Tiny Beautiful Things and Joker: Folie à Deux. He is set to host Saturday Night Live on February 28, 2026, with Mumford & Sons as the musical guest. Storrie is represented by CAA, Atlas Artists, and Yorn, Levine, Barnes.
