CORTIS, aespa, TWS and more earn Circle Million and Platinum certifications

Circle Chart has issued its latest round of album certifications for several K-Pop acts. CORTIS leads with double million and double platinum honors for their EP GREENGREEN.

Circle Chart announced the newest batch of certifications under the system introduced in 2018 by the Korea Music Content Industry Association. Albums released on or after January 1 2018 qualify for platinum at 250000 sales and million status at one million or more copies.

CORTIS secured a double million certification for the regular version of GREENGREEN after exceeding two million copies sold and a double platinum award for the Weverse version with more than 500000 units. aespa’s LEMONADE and TWS’s 2025 mini album play hard each reached triple platinum for over 750000 copies.

BABYMONSTER earned double platinum for the regular edition of CHOOM and platinum for the Nemo version. LE SSERAFIM’s PUREFLOW pt.1, ILLIT’s I’LL LIKE YOU and AND2BLE’s Sequence 01: Curiosity all received double platinum status.

Additional platinum certifications went to ITZY’s Motto, ZEROBASEONE’s Ascend-, NMIXX’s Heavy Serenade, NCT’s Taeyong’s WYLD, XLOV’s I,God, CRAVITY’s ReDeFINE and the Weverse edition of NewJeans’ Supernatural.

K-pop rookie group Cortis has entered the Billboard 200 at No. 3 with its latest album, "GreenGreen," marking the highest chart position of its career.

The Recording Industry Association of Japan has issued its latest certifications for recent releases. TWS earned platinum status while IVE and CORTIS each received gold.

ATEEZ took the top spot on the Billboard World Albums Chart for the week ending July 11 with its new mini album. Multiple other K-Pop acts also claimed high positions in the latest rankings.

TXT member Yeonjun topped multiple Circle Chart rankings for the week of July 5 to July 11 with his solo mini album and title track. His release also debuted on the Billboard 200.

I.O.I has secured their first music show triple crown with a win for "Suddenly" on the July 4 episode of Music Core. The group racked up 7,518 points, beating out ATEEZ and aespa.
