The accused, identified as Vishnu alias Vicky, is described as drug-addicted. The victim is a mentally challenged homeless woman.
Investigators are examining possible sexual assault angles. Preliminary medical findings at GTB Hospital did not indicate rape. The case falls under BNS Section 110 and is being handled by Mayur Vihar Police.
