Disneyland to restart Halloween guided tour in August

Disneyland is bringing back a Halloween-themed guided tour for the first time in recent seasons. The two-hour experience starts August 21, 2026, and bookings open July 30.

The tour, called Disney’s Happiest Haunts Guided Tour, will take participants through Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure while both parks are decorated for the holiday. Guests receive Halloween history and Disney-inspired tales along the way.

Each participant also gains Lightning Lane entry to Haunted Mansion Holiday and reserved viewing for the nighttime show Halloween Screams. A themed treat and a commemorative key are included.

The tour costs $130 per person before tax and requires a valid park reservation and admission. Check-in takes place on Main Street, U.S.A., and late arrivals may be turned away.

Disney Visa cardholders can receive a 15 percent discount when logged into their MyDisney account, lowering the price to roughly $110.
