DOOM: The Dark Ages to receive Revelations DLC in July

Bethesda Softworks and id Software announced the Revelations DLC for DOOM: The Dark Ages during the Xbox Games Showcase. The expansion is scheduled to launch on July 7 alongside a free Ripatorium 3.0 update.

The DLC will be available for $19.99 or £17.99, or included with the game's Premium Edition. It is also accessible to Game Pass subscribers. Revelations continues the story of the Slayer, who is described as wounded and betrayed in a purgatory setting. Players will gain access to a new Chain Spear weapon along with additional levels and puzzles. The accompanying Ripatorium 3.0 update adds deeper customization options, improved passcode generation, and preset features to the arena mode. Owners of the DLC will receive three new maps, demons, and upgraded weapons for use in the mode.
