Garden Grove to launch Disneyland shuttles from 10 hotels

The City of Garden Grove will introduce a new shuttle service from 10 nearby hotels to Disneyland Resort at the end of March. This comes as the Anaheim Transportation Network's ART buses shut down on March 31. The service aims to connect visitors staying at Good Neighbor Hotels and others to the parks.

Disneyland Resort guests staying at hotels near the parks will soon have a new transportation option. The Anaheim Transportation Network’s (ATN) ART buses, which many Good Neighbor Hotels rely on for shuttles to the parks, are set to end service on March 31. In response, the City of Garden Grove, south of the resort, has announced a replacement shuttle linking 10 Disneyland-area hotels to the parks, with operations beginning before the month's end. Details on routes and schedules are forthcoming, but three routes are planned, and a small fee will apply—likely less than rideshare costs for many guests who worried about alternatives like walking or late-night rides after the ATN closure. The participating hotels are: Sheraton Garden Grove, Hyatt Regency Orange County, Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South, Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim Garden Grove, Anaheim Marriott Suites, Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove, Homewood Suites by Hilton Anaheim-Main Gate Area, Residence Inn Anaheim Resort Area/Garden Grove, Great Wolf Lodge Southern California, and Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim/Garden Grove. Note that Great Wolf Lodge is not currently listed as a Good Neighbor Hotel. Garden Grove Mayor Stephanie Klopfenstein stated, “Garden Grove is proud to welcome visitors from across the region and around the world. This new shuttle service keeps our hotels connected to the Disneyland Resort while inviting visitors to explore everything Garden Grove has to offer.” This initiative addresses concerns from guests at affiliated but non-Disney-owned hotels amid ongoing construction and changes around the resort.
