GoPro launches Mission 1 Pro action camera with 1-inch sensor

GoPro has released the Mission 1 Pro, an action camera with a new 1-inch sensor that supports 8K video at 60 frames per second. The model is now on sale for $700.

The Mission 1 Pro features a 50-megapixel sensor measuring 13.2 by 8.8 millimeters. It delivers 8K 60 fps video, 4K 240 fps recording and open-gate capture up to 8K 30 fps. Battery life reaches over three hours at 4K 30 fps with the new Enduro 2 cell.
