Developers have announced that Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era launches into Early Access on April 30. This revival celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Might and Magic series and invites players to engage with classic gameplay alongside a new mode designed for both veterans and newcomers. The title supports solo play as well as multiplayer options, ensuring flexibility for different preferences. The game features a dedicated narrative campaign, skirmish modes, an arena mode, and a selection of generated maps alongside developer-created ones. Players can choose from six factions, including classic fantasy knights, The Temple, and the undead forces of Necropolis. Prior statements from the developers emphasize the Early Access approach, stating it allows players to 'actively participate in the development of the game.' Upon its Steam page addition, the title quickly rose to the top 10 most-wishlisted games on the platform, reflecting strong anticipation among PC strategy fans. No full release date has been set yet.
