Il Primo Ministro egiziano Mostafa Madbouly ha tenuto martedì una riunione per esaminare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti di servizio e sviluppo nel Governatorato della Nuova Valle.

Alla riunione hanno partecipato Manal Awad, Ministro dello Sviluppo Locale e dell'Ambiente, e Hanan Magdy, Governatore della Nuova Valle. Madbouly ha affermato che l'incontro rientra nel regolare monitoraggio governativo dei progetti di sviluppo in tutti i governatorati dell'Egitto, volto ad accelerare l'implementazione e migliorare la qualità dei servizi. Magdy ha presentato la visione strategica del governatorato basata su quattro pilastri: industrie manifatturiere, attività minerarie, energia solare e pulita, e diversificazione turistica. Awad ha sottolineato il completamento di tutti i 321 progetti previsti dalla prima fase dell'iniziativa "Decent Life" nel distretto di Farafra.
