Nike launches final Stranger Things Vecna Foamposite sneaker

Nike has released the Air Foamposite One 'Vecna' as the final sneaker collaboration with Stranger Things. The design draws from the series' antagonist and features glow-in-the-dark elements. Available today for $250 through the SNKRS app and select retailers.

The Nike Air Foamposite One x Stranger Things "Vecna" colorway launched on February 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. This release marks the conclusion of Nike's footwear partnerships with the Netflix series, following a larger collection introduced in November 2025 that included apparel and other shoes inspired by the final season.

Priced at $250 USD, the sneakers are available exclusively in adult sizes via the Nike SNKRS app using a randomized draw method and at retailers such as Foot Locker and END Clothing. The design features a black upper transitioning to bright crimson accents, with Off-Noir vines that glow in the dark, inspired by Vecna's throne and the Upside Down dimension from season four. Additional details include cracked synthetic leather, distressed laces for a vintage effect, and the iconic Penny Hardaway "1 Cent" logo oriented upside-down on the heels. Lightning bolt graphics add to the eerie aesthetic.

The packaging enhances the collectible appeal, with a pre-aged shoebox bearing Stranger Things branding and an included pin set featuring motifs like the Hellfire Club, WSQK radio station, Bradley’s Big Buy, and a rubber chicken.

"This collaboration proves that pop culture and athletic design can coexist without compromise. The Foamposite silhouette rarely gets collaborations this culturally significant," said Sneaker Culture Analysts from Sole Inclined.

The Foamposite One, linked to 1990s basketball heritage despite not being an official Penny Hardaway signature, blends nostalgia with the show's fandom. While initial stock appears available online, resale platforms like StockX and GOAT may see demand from collectors.
