Olivia Rodrigo has released the music video for her single “Stupid Song,” which was filmed around New York City. The track appears on her third studio album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, which is out now.
The video shows Rodrigo wandering the streets of New York with a group of ballerinas. She is seen leaving an apartment and moving through Central Park and a convenience store.
“Stupid Song” is the second track on the album and follows the lead singles “Drop Dead” and “The Cure.” The album is the follow-up to her 2024 release Guts.
Rodrigo kept a small team for the project, working primarily with producer Daniel Nigro and songwriter Amy Allen. Other contributors include Conan Gray and Robert Smith of The Cure.
