Ondas announces acquisition of DZYNE Technologies

Ondas Inc. has acquired DZYNE Technologies, an autonomous defense company. The deal was announced during an investor call on July 6, 2026.

Ondas Inc. Chairman and CEO Eric Brock described the move as a major step for the company. He called DZYNE one of the most innovative autonomous defense businesses built over the past decade.

The acquisition expands Ondas's scale, technology depth and customer base. It also gives the company one of the broadest autonomous defense portfolios in the industry.

Brock said the combination positions Ondas to become a category leader amid a large defense modernization cycle. The announcement came during a recorded conference call that began at 8:30 a.m. EDT.
