Raffy Tulfo and wife declare P1 billion net worth

Sen. Raffy Tulfo and his wife, Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo, have publicly disclosed their statement of assets, liabilities and net worth showing a joint net worth of P1.05 billion. The SALN, dated December 31, 2024, positions him possibly among the wealthiest senators in the 20th Congress. They declared no liabilities.

The SALN shows that Tulfo and his wife Jocelyn, an ACT-CIS party-list representative, acquired commercial, agricultural, and residential properties worth P376.8 million from 2020 to 2023. Their declared net worth remained largely stable over three years: P1.137 billion in 2022, P1.274 billion in 2023, and P1.052 billion in 2024.

In his 2024 SALN, Tulfo declared ownership of 18 cars, some bulletproofed, and three motorcycles. He also listed P243 million in clothes, accessories, jewelry, and watches. His business interests include RW Productions Inc., Idol Network Philippines Inc., and Raffy Tulfo in Action Foundation Inc.

Although the SALN was filed months before the 2025 elections, he disclosed relatives in government: wife ACT-CIS Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo, son Quezon City 2nd District Rep. Ralph Tulfo, nephew Luna, Isabela Mayor Adrian Tio, and Senate staff including daughter Maricel Tulfo-Tungol, son-in-law Gareth-Daniel Tungol, nephew Rodrigo Que, niece Margaret Tio, and brother Sen. Erwin Tulfo (listed as congressman due to the SALN's 2024 date).

Tulfo, who joined the Senate in 2022, built his career in broadcasting for nearly three decades before entering politics.
