SS Rajamouli recently shared his enthusiasm for the untitled film that will bring together Ram Charan and Sukumar, a pairing that previously delivered a career-defining role for the actor. In comments about movies he anticipates, Rajamouli highlighted this project, noting that Charan had personally described its opening to him.
Rajamouli refrained from specifics but praised the sequence's impact, stating, “I have a spoiler there. I know the opening sequence of Sukumar’s and Charan’s film. Obviously, I am not going to reveal it, Sukumar is going to have a heart attack. But that would be one of the hardest-hitting openings; the audience will quiver in their seats when they see the opening sequence of Sukumar’s and Charan’s film.”
The film represents a reunion for Charan and Sukumar, with the actor deeply involved in script discussions and eager to collaborate again. Sukumar is currently developing the script, while his team handles pre-production. Shooting is slated to begin in July 2026, immediately following the release of Charan's project Peddi, and will span one year.
