The reality series Survivor Greece concluded its latest season ahead of schedule after a contestant suffered a severe injury in an off-camera accident.
A boat struck contestant Stavros Floros near Saona Island in the Dominican Republic while he was spearfishing off duty earlier this month. He lost part of his left leg and sustained trauma to his right foot. Production company AcunMedya confirmed the incident and stated that authorities are investigating the causes. Floros remains hospitalized in serious but stable condition and is out of danger, the company said.
