The boys series finale resolves homelander conflict with key deaths

The Boys wrapped its five-season run on Prime Video with a violent showdown at the White House that eliminated Homelander and several other characters while charting new paths for the survivors.

In the episode, the vigilantes infiltrated the Oval Office to stop Homelander before his televised address. Kimiko triggered a massive blast after a vision of Frenchie helped her harness her power, while Butcher later impaled Homelander with a crowbar during their final hand-to-hand fight. Ryan rejected both his father and Butcher, choosing independence instead.
