Tom Francis auditions for next James Bond role

Tom Francis, the 26-year-old British actor from the Broadway revival of Sunset Boulevard, has auditioned to play James Bond in the next 007 film. The casting process continues under casting director Nina Gold.

Francis, who starred opposite Nicole Scherzinger in the Jamie Lloyd-directed production, is among several actors considered for the iconic role. His representatives and Amazon MGM Studios declined to comment on the audition.
