A source close to Tom Sandoval claims the June 3 altercation video with his ex Victoria Lee Robinson's dad was taken out of context amid alleged abuse. The reality star reportedly endured months of physical and psychological torment before shoving Will Robinson into a lit fire pit.
The incident unfolded at a Hollywood Hills rental where all three had been living. Video shows Tom getting in Victoria's face during an argument about lying, prompting Will to bear-hug him, which led to the shove.
Tom called police that night, resulting in Victoria's arrest. He secured a temporary restraining order against both her and her father. Will later filed his own TRO, claiming a ruptured disc, broken thumb and elbow, plus a cut heel, but the court denied it pending a hearing.
