Mewgenics, a roguelite RPG battler developed by Edmund McMillen and Tyler Glaiel, has achieved remarkable success on Steam since its February 10, 2026 launch. The game has recouped its seven-year development budget within hours and attracted over 115,000 concurrent players. In response, McMillen announced plans for a console release and paid DLC.
Frostpunk 2 receives update 1.000.009 today, introducing the Fractured Utopias DLC alongside free content for base game owners. The update allows players to select starting factions and includes new maps and policies. Console players can now explore faction-specific playstyles and evolving city builds in this strategy survival game.

Void Interactive has launched a limited-time free trial for its tactical shooter Ready or Not on consoles. Available now on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the trial provides full game access for three hours, with progress carrying over to the full purchase. The trial runs until February 20, 2026.
