Government announces reform to restructure gendarmería after corruption network

President Gabriel Boric surprised by announcing a constitutional reform transferring Gendarmería's security functions to the Ministry of Public Security, in response to Operation Apocalipsis that detained 44 gendarmes for prison corruption.
