Judge Paola Plaza González sentenced former DINA agents for the qualified kidnapping of 15 political prisoners at Londres 38 between January and September 1974. Miguel Krassnoff Martchenko received 20 years in prison for these crimes and the abduction of two minors. Nelson Paz Bustamante was sentenced to 5 years and one day for a specific kidnapping.
