Grotto Maintenance

On Monday, local authorities in Datong, Shanxi, closed Cave 18 at the Yungang Grottoes due to water leaks from excessive rainfall this year. The closure allows time for a detailed survey and scientific repairs, while the rest of the site remains open to the public.
