Large forest fire near Lustebo fought with helicopters

A large forest fire broke out just north of Lustebo between Grycksbo and Bjursås in Falu municipality on Tuesday. Rescue services suspect a forestry machine sparked it on stones in a storm-damaged area. Two helicopters and ground crews brought the fire under control late in the evening.
The US State Department has authorized a potential sale to South Korea of MH-60R multi-mission naval helicopters and an AH-64E Apache chopper upgrade program. The move aims to strengthen the Asian ally's defense capabilities.
