Defenseman Linus Nässén has signed a one-plus-one contract with HIFK in Helsinki after leaving Timrå in the SHL. The 28-year-old will reunite with head coach Olli Jokinen, who previously worked with him at Jukurit and Timrå.

HIFK has added defenseman Lukas Pilö from Timrå on a one-year deal. The 26-year-old was presented by the Helsinki club on Wednesday. Coach Olli Jokinen, who previously worked with Pilö at Timrå, continues to recruit from the Swedish team.
