Idris Elba will reprise his role as detective John Luther in a new Netflix movie, the second feature adaptation following 2023's Luther: The Fallen Sun. The film reunites Elba with Ruth Wilson as Alice Morgan and Dermot Crowley as Martin Schenk, directed by Jamie Payne from a script by series creator Neil Cross.
