The suits claim this software captures screenshots every 500 milliseconds and transmits viewing data for targeted advertising. Paxton seeks damages and restraining orders to halt the practices.

A former top official at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore has filed a federal lawsuit accusing the historically black university of operating as a criminal enterprise to divert funds.
