Charlie Watts' Devon estate hits market for £2.75 million

The former home of Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts, Halsdon House in Devon, has been listed for sale at £2.75 million. The Grade II listed property, spanning 55 acres, served as a rural retreat for Watts and his family for nearly four decades. Their daughter Seraphina is now selling the estate through Savills.
A 101-square-meter house in Västra Ingelstad, Vellinge, has recently changed owners. Buyers Johan Filip Mineur and Emilia Rebecca Havmark paid 5,750,000 kronor for the property at Dammvägen 5, built in 2016.

The property at Kärraberget 3 in Åmmeberg has new owners. Buyers are Per David and Jenny Johansson, aged 53 and 45 from Örebro, while sellers are Maria Theres Chronholm and Ulf Tomas Östgren. The deal was completed in January 2026 for 10.15 million kronor.
