The United States secured a home win in the $150,000 FEI Nations’ Cup at the CSIO4* Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida, on February 28, 2026. Ireland finished second with four faults, while Canada took third place with nine faults and Australia placed fourth with 17 penalties. Eight nations competed in the team show jumping event.

Irish Olympian Darragh Kenny and his mount Eddy Blue claimed victory in the $500,000 Bainbridge Companies five-star Grand Prix at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Florida. The win marks their first Grand Prix success at the event after several close calls. Kenny's performance highlighted the challenging course designed by Alan Wade.

France won the opening leg of the third season of the Longines League of Nations in Abu Dhabi with eight faults, while Ireland placed sixth with 20 faults. The Irish team started strongly with a clear first round but encountered issues in the second. Manager Jessica Kurten expressed satisfaction with the riders' efforts despite the result.

The 13th edition of the CHI Al Shaqab Presented by Longines opens today at Al Shaqab in Doha, featuring show jumping, dressage, and para-dressage competitions. Over 300 riders from more than 40 countries will compete for a prize fund exceeding €1.3 million.
