THQ Nordic has announced that the Gothic 1 Remake, developed by Alkimia Interactive, will release on June 5, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. A new trailer reveals gameplay elements, including combat and the game's narrative premise. The remake updates the original open-world RPG, first released nearly 25 years ago.
