THW Kiel has halted SC Magdeburg's winning streak in the Handball-Bundesliga. The Zebras came from a 10:12 halftime deficit to win 31:29 at home against the table leaders. Goalkeeper Gonzalo Pérez de Vargas was key to the victory.
Thw kiel defeated rhein-neckar löwen 28:27 away and thus started the second round of the handball bundesliga. After the EM break, the Kiel team had massive problems at the beginning but turned the game around shortly before the end. The decisive throw was made by Eric Johansson.
