Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Brusdar Graterol began a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday. The 27-year-old right-hander, sidelined by shoulder surgery, has not pitched in an affiliated game since the 2024 World Series. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts expressed optimism about his methodical buildup.
Anthony Volpe, recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, hit a home run in his first game with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The New York Yankees shortstop went 2-for-4 with two runs scored in the RailRiders' 7-1 victory over Rochester. Volpe's rehab assignment moved up from Double-A Somerset on Tuesday.
