An aluminum boat drove onto land at high speed north of Höga Kustenbron in Kramfors municipality on Saturday morning. A man in his 60s was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The accident occurred at Ramvik, just under five kilometers north of the bridge. The alarm came at 09.15 from a passing boat. The Coast Guard, Sea Rescue Service and ambulance were sent to the scene. Police are investigating the incident as a workplace accident. The man has been interviewed by police but his injuries are unclear, according to sea rescue leader Daniel Ståleby.
