Alberto ‘N’, known as ‘El Patrón’ and a WWE wrestler, faces his first hearing after detention in San Luis Potosí for alleged physical and verbal violence against his partner. Damage repair could reach 1 million pesos, as detailed on De Primera Mano. The complaint was ratified but shows inconsistencies.
Alberto ‘N’ ‘El Patrón’, a participant in the first Ring Royale edition organized by Poncho de Nigris, was detained in a San Luis Potosí neighborhood after a 911 call. The alleged victim showed visible injuries, prompting authorities to activate care protocols. The Fiscalía General del Estado de San Luis Potosí opened an investigation file.
On De Primera Mano, Gustavo Adolfo Infante reported the complaint was ratified but with inconsistencies between the wrestler's statement and the alleged events. His transfer to Penal de La Pila is expected between 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and 5:00 p.m. Thursday, remaining separated from the general population during proceedings.
Addis, aunt of Imelda Tuñón, noted the judge will set damage repair up to 1 million pesos, based on physical harm like permanent scars. Lalo Carrillo stated: “If he hit his partner, if guilty, then he must pay it (...) I think second chances are not valid with empty speeches, as he repented, but look.”
Ventaneando detailed that a discussion at the Lomas del Tecnológico home residence escalated to physical and verbal assaults. If found guilty, he could face three to seven years in prison.
