The Eastern Intercollegiate Skiing Association announced its All-East teams, with five Middlebury Panthers earning recognition for their alpine skiing achievements. Julian Arthur, a freshman, led the honorees by securing Rookie of the Year and First-Team All-EISA honors. In his debut season, Arthur accumulated 214 points and achieved four top-five finishes, including a runner-up position in the slalom at the University of Vermont Carnival and third place in the giant slalom there, which earned him EISA Rookie of the Week. He follows Kjersti Moritz as the second consecutive Middlebury skier to claim the top rookie award.

Thomas Carnahan, another rookie, received his first All-East award on the second team. He contributed key podium finishes in the final two carnivals and won the slalom at the EISA Championships with a time of 1:38.63. Kjersti Moritz earned second-team honors for the second straight year, dominating in limited appearances by winning all three giant slalom races she entered during carnival season. She helped Middlebury secure its only discipline team victory at the EISA Championships, tallying 121 points in the giant slalom.

Milan Novak also gained his initial All-East nod on the second team, competing in every carnival and finishing 15th or better in seven of 12 disciplines. His season highlight was a victory in the giant slalom at the UVM Carnival with a time of 2:02.62. Sophia Tozzi secured her second all-region honor on the second team, with two podium finishes, including runner-up in the giant slalom at the Williams Carnival, plus sixth in slalom at Dartmouth and eighth at St. Lawrence.
