Environment and Climate Minister Romina Pourmokhtari from Liberalerna expressed irritation that Moderaterna is launching ideas the party has pushed for three years. She mentioned halved prices in public transport and lowered tax on second-hand goods.
Ulf Kristersson said in his speech that Moderaterna wants to lower taxes for all working parents with small children. He described the proposal as rooted in a Swedish view of the work-first principle.
Carl Engberg from Liberalerna in Huddinge pointed to a pattern where Moderaterna takes over the party's proposals. Kristersson replied that the party looks for good ideas and that one should steal with pride.
