Former Modo coach Mattias Karlin has confirmed he is in dialogue with Kalmar about the head coaching role.
Mattias Karlin spoke to Barometern about the situation. He said he has talked with the club and that discussions are ongoing. Karlin left Modo during the season and has been without a position since. Expressen reported he is set to take over at Kalmar, which has not appointed a new head coach after Viktor Tuurala joined AIK. Karlin denied that any agreement is in place. He added that Kalmar is building a strong organization with focus on fans and sponsors.
