「Air Max Goadome Low Polka Dot Pack」は、2000年に登場したオリジナルのシルエットに新たな美学を吹き込んだモデルである。カラー展開はオールブラックと、ブラック・オン・ブラウンの2色。頑丈なロープシューレースや補強された金属製のアイレットといった構造はそのまま引き継がれている。
