Swedish forward Nils Höglander has left the national team squad due to injury and will miss the world championship in Switzerland. Detroit Red Wings player Lucas Raymond has joined the group in his place.
Tre Kronor lost Vancouver Canucks forward Nils Höglander on Tuesday after he sustained an injury during last week's Fortuna Hockey Games. The 25-year-old had made his national team debut and recorded two goals and three assists in 38 NHL games this season before the setback forced him to exit the tournament in the Czech Republic.
