Mohamed Salah's agent has rejected recent claims linking the forward to a move to Fenerbahce. The statement comes after a club executive suggested the player was interested in joining the Turkish side.
Ramy Abbas posted on X that neither he nor Salah wishes to discuss future plans with outsiders. He added that any responses to questions on the topic are standard and polite.
The speculation arose after Fenerbahce executive Ertan Torunogullari told Fotospor that meetings with Salah had been positive and that common ground existed on salary. Torunogullari claimed the player was keen on a move to Turkey.
Salah departed Liverpool last month after nine years, during which he scored 257 goals and won nine trophies, including two Premier League titles and one Champions League. He is currently with Egypt at the World Cup in North America.
