As of April 18, nearly all damaged national and local roads and bridges are functional again. Head of Satgas PRR Muhammad Tito Karnavian emphasized infrastructure reconstruction as the top priority.

Satgas PRR is focusing on repairing connectivity-supporting infrastructure to restore survivors' social and economic activities and ensure smooth logistics distribution in the three affected provinces.

According to Satgas PRR data as of April 18, in Aceh all 46 damaged national roads and 23 national bridges are functional, as are 1,521 of 1,638 local roads and 351 of 652 local bridges.
