A pack of stray dogs mauled a three-year-old girl to death in Katnapalli village, Sultanabad mandal, Peddapalli district, on April 20. The victim was Divya Behra, daughter of a migrant labourer couple from Odisha. She was playing in front of their rented room when the dogs attacked and dragged her to a nearby field.
