A child showing signs of physical beatings arrived lifeless at a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento in Cubatão, in Baixada Santista, on Friday, May 1. Police Military registered the case around 4:50 pm. The aggressions reportedly occurred in São Vicente, per initial information.
