日本、韓国、モンゴルの10大学が、国際刑事裁判所（ICC）の活動を支援するための学術共同体を設立する。東京の慶應義塾大学に事務局を置き、アジア地域でのICC加盟国拡大と法の支配の推進を目指す。この取り組みは、2月に活動を開始し、4月に正式組織化される予定だ。
