The Los Angeles Kings announced that forward Andrei Kuzmenko has undergone successful surgery for a torn meniscus and been placed on injured reserve. Kuzmenko is listed as week-to-week. In a related move, the team recalled defenseman Angus Booth from its AHL affiliate, the Ontario Reign.
