エヴァネッセンスは、6月5日にBMGから6枚目となるスタジオ・アルバム『Sanctuary』をリリースすると発表した。バンドはドラマチックなリードシングル「Who Will You Follow」を公開し、この楽曲は元ブリング・ミー・ザ・ホライズンのメンバーであるジョーダン・フィッシュが共作している。本作は2021年の『The Bitter Truth』に続くアルバムとなり、大規模なツアーの開催も予定されている。
